Maybe it’s something that was always there around me, but could finally exist because I had finally found a name for it.
We tend to think in linear and hierarchical ways: events and decisions have causes and consequences, decisions are made 'upstairs' and 'cascade down' the organization to reach 'the ground'. I never really liked these.
But I got intrigued by the Knights of the Round Table, where authority and power were shared across evenly around the table so "everyone who sat around it was seen as trustworthy and equal".
So what if instead of lines and trees, organizations and relationships were defined as circles and spirals instead?
Maybe you are like me and want to think of a new way to look at old things and discover new ways of doing, working, playing, living... to find the spark that will ignite the NEW!
So here you go, let's think differently, let's think KoncentriK, shall we?
